Take Me In

When I heard this song, Take Me In, it gave me the urging desire to ask God to take me into the Holy of Holies, the Most Holy Place to find Him…
Did I enter into the Most Holy Place?... Have I found Him?...
I guess not yet on a deeper level, but probably on the shallow level. Whenever I was listening to this song during lunch break at work, I often went unconsciously in sleep while sitting but unmoved... I believe my soul found rest during those moments ... When I was awake from the song, I felt peace and love in my heart. I continue to work with passion although surrounded by an atmosphere of boredom in the office with never-ending work.
Søren Kierkegaard (1813-1855), a Danish theologian and philosopher, who is considered to be the first existentialist philosopher, said, “A man prayed, and at first he thought that prayer was talking. But he became more and more quiet until in the end he realised that prayer is listening.”
If you know who is your Creator, I’m sure you would be curious to ask Him -- why He created you, what is the purpose of your existence, what is your future, when will the war end, when will God answer your prayers, etc, and etc...
To find the answer and to discover the deep things of your Creator, we need to enter into the Most Holy Place, not by our strength, but by the blood of Jesus. “With his [Jesus] own blood—not the blood of goats and calves—he entered the Most Holy Place once for all time and secured our redemption forever.” (Hebrews 9:12) That is His precious blood that was shed for us on the cross to redeem us to be the children of God and to be part of His Kingdom and His plan.
Hope that my piano worship of Take Me In will urge you and evoke your desire to ask God to take you into the Holy of Holies by the blood of the Lamb (the blood of Jesus). That’s the place where you will be listening to His voice, understanding His will, and discovering His heartbeat for you. Yes! His heart beat for you! You need to find it out yourself.
